We have a 20+ year history and are looking for that 1 person who is looking for longevity and stability.

If you have experience in a detox and inpatient setting, then we want you on our team.

We are looking for that person who wakes up Monday mornings excited to help others change their lives. That individual who is seasoned and knows the fast pace involvement in helping others realize their potential in life.

We have a strong foundation that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with the 12 Steps.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Make 30-minute documented checks to ensure client safety.
• Complete Utilization Reviews with the Clinical Team
• Medication checks and witnessing, as well as audits.
• Med education and training.
• Infectious Control
• Must be able to train staff on best practices.
• Assess client and complete intake.
• COWS/CIWA expertise to ensure client receives accurate level care.
• Screen clients to ensure safety.
• Aid in client's comfort and healing.
• Help out with overall program and house duties to ensure each and every client loves it here and is able to focus on healing.
• Type 45 wpm or higher
• Have empathetic bedside manner

The person we're looking for must perform well under pressure as well as have excellent communication skills.

This position is responsible for maintaining patient safety, as well as keeping a clean and sanitary environment at all times.

• Knowledge of drug and alcohol issues and behaviors.
• One year sobriety and knowledge of the 12 steps a plus.
• Crisis intervention skills.
• Strong boundaries and able to hold residents accountable to program in a professional manner.
• Team player communicates any issues or concerns to the clinical team.

Pay:
$ $33.00 per hour
