The HR-IT department at Liebherr-IT Services GmbH is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and further development of globally used personnel systems.

We act as an internal service provider for the entire company group and are looking for you to join our team at Woodland Beach.

Your future. What to expect
You will be responsible for the technical implementation of customer requirements in the configuration of our event management systems, contributing to the continuous development of HR-IT systems
You will assess customer requirements and implement them in a sustainable and user-friendly manner, in close coordination with the software provider and marketing departments
You will independently and agilely handle customer requirements according to agreed priorities, proactively communicating progress, challenges, and results, and also supporting the configuration of other HR-IT systems
You will, in consultation with marketing departments, also configure individual events and support their execution
You will be responsible for consistently creating and updating technical system documentation, user training, templates, and quick guides
You will be involved in support and assist our customers in resolving issues, errors, and functional application questions
Your profile. What you bring
We assume that you have successfully completed your studies, preferably in the IT field
We expect you to have relevant professional experience and knowledge in both business and IT, in order to technically implement business requirements of our customers in the software
We look forward to your experience with event and HR software such as Ventari, SnapAddy, SAP SuccessFactors
