    Apple Grove is a multi-service agency that provides foster care services, supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities, and a variety of social programs to youth, adults and families in our community.

    Our mission is to provide individuals with the resources, skills, training, and emotional support needed to function as independently as possible.

    About the Role


    Apple Grove Lead Case Managers ensure that the needs and safety of all children on their case load are being met and provide ongoing support and supervision to children group home staff. Case Managers coordinate all elements of services for each child on their caseload.

    Candidates must have the ability to work successfully with diverse individuals, to be self-motivated and customer-friendly, and must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

    This position requires applicant to be part of an on- call rotation.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a Human Services or Behavioral Health field.

    At least 1 years experience supporting children and families.

    Must be flexible in a rapidly changing environment, open to assisting other Apple Grove programs as necessary, and be self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills.

    Valid NV Drivers License and ability to pass background clearance required.
