We are seeking a
full-time Business Office Assistant to join our team of exceptional and motivated directors and caregivers.

Some Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Administers "Resident Trust" including accepting deposits, banking monies, assisting residents with withdrawals, and providing reports to residents and family members as needed.
  • Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate personnel.
  • Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to employer or appropriate person.
  • Complies and analyzes information and invoices to prepare check requests and documents business transactions.
  • Monitors and prepares monthly accounts payable aging reports. Monitors due dates, cash requirements and notifies Business Office Coordinator or administrator appropriately.
  • Corrects errors and investigates disputes on accounts payable records. Interacts with vendors, settles disputes and advises Business Office Coordinator or Administrator of issues needing further resolution.
  • Ensures that appropriate authorization is obtained to prepare checks and that only approved checks are cut and mailed.
  • Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks.
  • Prepares the monthly CNA Schedule.
