full-time Business Office Assistant to join our team of exceptional and motivated directors and caregivers.

Some Essential Responsibilities include:
- Administers "Resident Trust" including accepting deposits, banking monies, assisting residents with withdrawals, and providing reports to residents and family members as needed.
- Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate personnel.
- Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to employer or appropriate person.
- Complies and analyzes information and invoices to prepare check requests and documents business transactions.
- Monitors and prepares monthly accounts payable aging reports. Monitors due dates, cash requirements and notifies Business Office Coordinator or administrator appropriately.
- Corrects errors and investigates disputes on accounts payable records. Interacts with vendors, settles disputes and advises Business Office Coordinator or Administrator of issues needing further resolution.
- Ensures that appropriate authorization is obtained to prepare checks and that only approved checks are cut and mailed.
- Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks.
- Prepares the monthly CNA Schedule.

- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent for twoyear college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Accounting preferred.)
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
- Possess patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
