9:00am - 6:00pm Monday's - Friday


Responsibilities include:

  • Checking patients in and out and scheduling appointments
  • Collecting all charges at the end of the exam and submitting all exam and contact lens orders to their insurance
  • Answering a multiline phone line
  • Verifying eligibility of insurances with both medical and vision insurances
  • Utilizing pretesting equipment
  • Glasses dispense and adjustments
  • Contact lens ordering, verification, and insertion and removal training
  • Assisting the doctor in various tasks both in the exam lane and in the clinic

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Experience:

*Customer Service: 1 year (preferred) *optometry/ophthalmology: 1 year (preferred)


Working days:
*Monday *Tuesday *Wednesday *Thursday *Friday


Hours per week:

  • 2538
