    Description

    Recharge Recruitment is assisting a growing developer in Maryland with the recruitment of a Project Manager to oversee engineering support for solar energy installations. The company, with a national presence, is seeking individuals interested in a stable work environment, excellent career advancement opportunities, and a supportive leadership team.

    Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

    • Support the Business Development Department through site visits, project budgeting, contributions to proposal development, and presentation preparation.
    • Manage the pre-construction phase, including reviewing plans for cost-effectiveness, coordinating project sequencing, obtaining permits, and organizing pre-construction meetings.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion by planning material deliveries and addressing project risks.
    • Oversee project finances to maximize profitability, manage billing cycles, negotiate subcontract changes, and approve expenditures.
    • Ensure project completion and customer satisfaction by maintaining project documentation, managing post-construction requirements, communicating effectively with customers, and achieving performance objectives.

    The ideal candidate for this position will have significant experience as a project manager with a focus on C&I, DG, or utility-scale solar projects. The company offers a hybrid work model and seeks individuals who can work in the office 2-3 days a week.

    Benefits Package:
