Project Manager

Location: Highland – Commutable from Baltimore, Arlington, Washington DC & Frederick

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Excellent Career progression + Excellent Bonuses + Established company + 401K + PTO + Opportunity to obtain technical training

Role:

Ensure onsite team, superintendents, and subcontractors fulfill their responsibilities for project success
Delegate and coordinate construction tasks on-site, manage subcontractors, suppliers, and safety protocols
Generate progress reports

Proven experience as a top-tier Project Manager
Background in new construction and renovations
Valid driver's license
Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
