    Leading land development firm Poulos & Bennett is actively seeking a Senior AutoCAD Designer for immediate employment in Jacksonville and Orlando, Florida office. This position provides a unique opportunity to join an established, well-respected, and growing Land Planning, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management firm with a variety and diverse range of projects. Our teams develop solutions to policy and design challenges and focus on providing our Clients with the highest quality services and technical expertise.

    Responsibilities:

    · Design and plan production for civil engineering land development, roadway and stormwater management projects

    · Work with other disciplines on creative solutions to design challenges

    · Coordinate with design team and sub-consultants

    · Develop and mentor junior staff

    Skills and Abilities:

    · Minimum 5 years AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required

    · Successful candidate will be able to produce high quality work at fast pace and meet fixed deadlines

    · Able to demonstrate responsibility and team skills along with good communication and organizational skills

    · Ability to manage multiple projects

    Additional Qualifications:

    · High school Diploma with vocational technical training in AutoCAD or a 2 or 4 year degree in CAD drafting/design technology

    · 5 years with Land Development design experience
