The salary for this role is $45,000.

This job requires a minimum of two days per week in the office and the other three days of the week are remote.


What you'll be responsible for:


You will be primarily responsible for ensuring donor records are accurate and complete by entering financial data into JUF's donor management system, Salesforce.

You will work as part of the broader Donor Services team.


What you'll be doing:


  • Enter financial transactions and other necessary information into Salesforce (i.g., donations made by credit card, web, lockbox (checks), stock/bond, wire and ACH, payroll deductions, campaign continuity funds, etc.)
  • Attend daily team meetings
  • Serve as Contact Case Data Manager (CCDM) and participate in the Contact Quality Team (CQT) to support and maintain data integrity for Donor Services as well as for the whole organization
  • Support JUF Campaign and mandatory campaignrelated activities on an ongoing basis

What you need to succeed:


  • REQUIRED:
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Adaptable to a fast paced and everchanging environment
  • Physical requirements: sitting for long periods of time
  • PREFERRED:
  • Administrative, Financial, and/or Data Entry experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
