Your daily tasks:


  • Supportive invoicing (partial and final invoices)
  • Preparation of offers, pricing of performance specifications
  • Compliance with material and time specifications
  • Acceptance and forwarding of fault reports to the oncall service
  • Personnel management (scheduling, technical and organizational instruction and control, among others, of working hours)
  • Organization of the vehicle fleet
  • Creation of assembly and execution plans as well as acceptance and handover documentation
  • Designing documentation and revision documents

What you bring with you:


  • Completed master's degree in the HVAC trade
  • Reliable and conscientious work ethic
  • Flexibility, organizational skills
  • Driver's license (Class B or 3)
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Leadership qualities
