    Position:
    LEAD STRUCTURAL ENGINEER/PROJECT MANAGER - Full-time employeeLocation: Multiple Locations Across the US


    Our Firm is looking for an engineer with 7-15 years of experience to lead and work with others to successfully complete projects in a wide variety of markets.

    The position is full-time with salary commensurate with experience level and skill set and benefits.
    Minimum Qualifications

    • B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis
    • Advanced degree and/or professional engineering certification (PE or SE) preferred
    • 7 or more years of experience as a structural engineer designing similar building types
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Team player and proven positive attitude when working with both internal and external colleagues and clientsOrganization and Professional Qualities
    • Manages team development and serves as a mentor for junior engineers
    • Effectively utilizes team members and assists with their career development
    • Suggests possible solutions for improvement of internal processes
    • Develops lasting relationships with clients
    • Effective, strong communication skills at all levels, including with project team, managers, and clients
    • Resolves team conflicts when they ariseResponsibilities
    • Creates and executes project work plans and revises plans to meet changing requirements
    • Identifies resources and assigns responsibilities
    • Manages all aspects of a project and reviews deliverables before delivering to client
    • Applies the firm's methodology and enforces project standards and quality assurance procedures
    • Manages project budget
