Membership Sales Advisor_Are you a charismatic go-getter with a passion for fitness and a knack for sales? Do you thrive on connecting with people and helping them embark on a journey to a healthier lifestyle? If so, we want YOU to be the face of our gym as a Membership Sales Advisor
What We Are Looking For:We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership option for them.

Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed.

There is lots of room for advancement and increased earning potential.


What your day looks like:


  • Generate leads both inside and outside of the club per day)
  • Call prospective members inviting them in for a tour and to discuss membership options calls per day/ 68 tours per day)
  • Give tours to nonmembers while building value based on their wants/needs/ and fitness goals.
(2-5 new enrollments per day)
Requirements:


  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or service industry
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift

Weekly day range:

  • Weekends as needed

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Newbury Park, CA required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Newbury Park, CA 91320: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
