- You put Safety 1st and are steadfast in keeping people safe from harm
- Have Crane experience (Hiab, PM, and or Palfinger) also plus. (NCCCO certification preferred).
- You deliver Superior Customer Service
- You build long-term relationships with customers
- You are physically fit to perform the job, this is a driver/labor position (you will be exposed to a physical environment outdoors in various weather conditions, which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday)
- You have excellent time management skills
- You have a Class A or B CDL license for over 5 years and you like to be home every night
- You can safely operate a knuckle boom flatbed truck
- You are comfortable driving in and out of tight construction jobsites and in downtown areas
- You work closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices
- You take pride in maintaining your vehicle and equipment
- You can perform a daily, 360-degree inspection of truck and equipment before taking the vehicle out on the road and upon return
- Requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
