Duties:
- Manage program budgets effectively
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners
- Utilize behavioral health knowledge to inform program strategies and interventions

- Proven experience in program management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management
- Proficiency in budgeting
