We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to join our team As an Office Assistant/customer service with experience in the automotive industry, you will play a crucial role in managing the Manassas office and supporting the office team as well as other team in Winchester.
Quick overview:
This position will assist our office with several tasks across these departments with most being in the realm of office management and customer service.
The financial transactions include creating customer invoices and entering vendor invoices as well as contacting insurance companies and other duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and issue customer invoices
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Enter supplier invoices for payment
- Coordinate with mobile technician
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Data entry skills
- Customer service skills
- High degree of accuracy
Highly Desirable Skills/Characteristics:
- Highly organized
- Project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong business judgment
- Ability to work within tight deadlines of changing environment
- Dedication to contributing to team goals
- Preferably with automotive industry experience
Pay:
$35, $45,000.00 per year with opportunity for bonus
Pay:
$40, $50,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
