- Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo
- 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience
- A positive, can-do, attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization

Our HR Business Partners are on the front lines every day making things happen across the organization so that we can continue to transform how people and brands tell their stories. In this position you with work with senior leaders in the Creative Product Group (CPG) which encompasses Creative Cloud Marketing, B2B and Partnerships, Digital Imaging, Digital Video and Audio, Pro Design, Engineering, and Program Management teams. This position will partner with leaders that are focused on growing our Creative and Document Cloud businesses with enterprise customers.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
