Director of Physical Rehabilitation Opportunity in Northeastern CaliforniaThe physical therapy departmentis seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation.
This Director would oversee the physical therapy department in a working-director capacity and guide the overall direction of the facility.
Expectations would include influencing critical decisions for MMC expanding services and being an integral part of the organizational leadership team.
The Director of Rehabilitation would oversee a team of physical therapists and office workers. The team would include full-time and part-time employees, as well as some locum physical therapists.Supervisory Responsibilities would include managing budgets, approving department expenditures, disciplining staff, participating in leadership team meetings, and advising members of administration on strategic planning objectives and other organizational decisions that should be considered.
