- Conduct roof inspections in storm-affected neighborhoods and identify storm damage.
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process, ensuring they receive the proper coverage per their policy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, providing excellent customer service.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote the Eagle Eye Renovations brand.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve goals and company objectives.
- Embrace a customer-focused approach, prioritizing homeowner satisfaction.
- Meet with adjusters to ensure roofs are bought.
- NO PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Once job is approved, you will remain a point of contact for customer service, but you are done

- Commission is based on experience. For new sales members, you will be placed on a graduated scale to make you successful.
- Commission is paid out in two payments upon customer pay.
- Bonus opportunities for top performers.
- Company paid trips for top performers.
- Tuesday - Saturday. Most work time will be done in the early evenings when homeowners are home.
