Reference:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our branch in Hannover, starting as soon as possible, for our department of restoration technology.

Your responsibilities:

Project management of restoration work for water and fire damage
Conducting damage assessment, evaluation, and acceptance
Coordination of our restoration specialists and subcontractors
Scheduling work on construction sites
Monitoring and documenting progress of work

What we expect from you:

Completed vocational training with a focus on craftsmanship and/or technology, preferably in the construction industry
Additional qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d)
Practical experience in construction management
Basic knowledge of construction cost calculation
Pragmatic approach to changing requirements
Teamwork and service orientation
Proficient in MS Office products
