Junior Scientist - Stability Studies

We are seeking a highly motivated expert to join our team as a "Scientific Assistant (m/f/d)".

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting stability studies within our QC department to ensure that all equipment and products meet the required standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring equipment qualification (SOPs, plans, and reports for IQ, OQ, PQ, DQ) and related actions in quality control
  • Technical supervision of stability studies in quality control, including reporting
  • Active participation in handling deviations, OOS investigations, and initiation and monitoring of change proposals and CAPA measures
  • Preparation of test specifications, protocols, and SOPs, as well as continuous improvement of existing documents.

Profile:

  • Degree in natural sciences, engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in quality control, equipment qualification, and knowledge of GMP regulations in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, resilience, and a systematic and goaloriented approach
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, and proficient in MS Office applications.
