Your Responsibilities

  • Further development and maintenance of infrastructure components centrally in our ERP system, such as our database API, backup solution, interpreter implementations, authorization components, operating system components, etc.
  • In addition to the Linux environment, the technology stack is mainly influenced by the programming languages C/C++, but we also use Go, Haskell, or Java for infrastructure code or tools such as Docker and Git.
  • Supporting the support department with demanding, operating system-related customer inquiries in rotation with other team members. This includes troubleshooting as well as topics such as performance analysis and optimization.

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in a technical field, computer science/mathematics/physics, supplemented by profound knowledge in software development.
  • Interest in familiarizing yourself with the software development of a complex standard software, where the goal is long-term development and maintainability.
  • Knowledge of Linux system programming is advantageous.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills, as well as a high level of motivation, responsibility, and independence.
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English in spoken and written form.
