Our client is a company in the special vehicle and heavy machinery industry, offering its customers a wide range of innovative drive concepts.

They have established themselves as a market leader in the field of mobility solutions and have international locations.

Due to strategic growth, we are currently looking for a System and Project Engineer (m/f/d) for Drive Technology for the Augsburg area.

Your responsibilities: You will be responsible for the interdisciplinary design and preliminary development of drive and chassis systems
You will create concept studies for the areas of powertrain and chassis
You will design traction and drive solutions for vehicles
You will simulate engine and chassis components in driving systems
You will develop prototypes for component system solutions and drive trains for vehicles
You will be responsible for the preliminary design and dimensioning of component system solutions and drive trains
Your profile: Completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or physics with a focus on vehicle technology or comparable qualification
Solid professional experience in the field of vehicle technology and drive technology
Experience with a CAD system, preferably Siemens NX
Knowledge in the field of FEM and simulation
Fluent German and English skills
Willingness to travel
