Your tasks:

  • Conducting recurring inspections
  • Supporting the fire department in the context of hazard prevention
  • Advising architects and builders as well as involving specialist departments
  • Participation in fire prevention inspections by the fire department according to the Law on Fire Protection, Rescue Services and Civil Protection (BHKG)
  • Negotiating and conducting discussions to eliminate building code violations
  • Initiating regulatory measures and monitoring their implementation.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Building Construction) or a comparable degree with several years of practical professional experience in fire protection and/or construction execution and good knowledge of the relevant legal foundations
  • High level of personal responsibility and commitment as well as organizational and negotiation skills
  • Strong team spirit and high flexibility
