Description

The Securities Processing Operations Specialist will:

  • Execute routine transactions with general supervision referring the most complex and risk related transactions to management.
  • Be responsible for retrieving, counting, verifying, filing, and acknowledging physical certificate details in Access Database.
  • Be able to assess discrepancies, problems and gather information that must be escalated.
  • Be responsible for supporting the department adherence to AML/BSA policies and procedures set forth by various regulatory bodies.
  • Perform other miscellaneous job related duties as needed.

Requirements:


  • The ability to meticulously perform tasks such as retrieving, counting, verifying, and filing physical certificate details in
    Access Database is essential to ensure accuracy and completeness in securities processing operations.
  • A solid understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and procedures is necessary to support adherence to regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within the department's operations.
