Deputy Shift Manager:

Production Lettershop (m/f/d):

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order acceptance, verification, and monitoring
Machine and manual order processing
Material management
Final order control
Monitoring the functionality of machines and coordinating maintenance work with technicians
Handling complaints
Personnel planning and professional development of subordinate employees
Further development of the department for low production costs and attractive products
Leading the Production Lettershop team in the afternoon until the end of production

YOUR PROFILE:

You work well in a team, have organizational skills, work independently and reliably, are flexible, resilient, and handson
You have previous leadership experience in a production environment
You have good knowledge of MS Office
You are committed to continuously improving existing processes and opening up new opportunities
