Description

• Develop and implement social service programs to meet the needs of our clients
• Manage and supervise a team of social workers, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resources
• Develop and manage departmental budgets
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, agencies, and stakeholders
• Provide direct assistance to clients as needed
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work or related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
