Your responsibilities:

Coordination of specialist planning and subcontractors for the electrical, lighting, and telecommunications (ELT) trade
Review of specialist plans and tender documents
Participation in negotiations and awarding of planning and subcontractor services
Organization and conduct of construction meetings
Independent management and control of technical trades on site
Preparation of schedules, cost and quantity calculations
Conducting cost and schedule control, quality assurance, acceptance, and defect tracking
