The Barbarossa Learning Studio offers tutoring, language, and further education courses for children, teenagers, adults, and companies at approximately 200 locations nationwide.

The company has been successfully operating in the education sector for over 34 years.


We are currently looking for a customer service representative with sales experience (4-5 days/12-18 hours per week, in the afternoons) for our learning studio in
Oldenburg.

Your daily challenges:

  • Conducting sales and consultation meetings
  • Coordinating lessons (scheduling and selecting teachers, organizing course schedules, coordinating appointments)
  • Customer service and support
  • Acting as a point of contact for students, teachers, and parents
  • Office organization

Requirements:

  • Empathy and enjoyment in working with people
  • Multitasking skills in organization and sales
  • Previous work experience
  • Serviceoriented mindset and ability to build trust with students and course participants
  • Experience with computers and software
