• Conduct facetoface sales activities to generate leads and identify potential customers
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Utilize technical sales knowledge to promote and sell our tech services.
• Perform outside sales activities, including following up with leads
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and potential clients

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of technology sales or software products is preferred
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Motivated selfstarter with a strong desire to succeed in sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
