Your tasks

  • With our high school graduate program, you combine the training as a "retail salesman" with the further education as a "certified commercial specialist IHK" your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future
  • During the practical phases in the store, you will learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure quality, freshness, and cleanliness for a successful shopping experience
  • Whether it's stocking and presenting goods, ordering, or cashiering: you pitch in and give it your all
  • We also train you in employee management so that you can soon take over your first shift
  • To further develop your skills, you will participate in various training courses and seminars you will also obtain the IHK trainer certificate
  • The theory phases take place in block lessons at an external training center (any travel/accommodation costs will be reimbursed)
Your profile

  • High school diploma or technical college entrance qualification (completed theoretical and practical part)
  • Committed work ethic and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
