Become part of the joint project "Implementing Digital Competency-Oriented Testing - " of the Munich University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with eight other Bavarian universities.

The project is funded by the Foundation for Innovation in Higher Education.

The Innovative Teaching Department is currently seeking to fill the position of:

Digital Examinations Officer with a focus on Moodle (m/f/d)

Full-time position with 40.1 hours/week


As part of the joint project, you will support the goal of developing, testing, and implementing good practices for digital competency-oriented testing in the disciplines of business administration, STEM, social sciences, and health.


Your responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting instructors in the conception of digital examinations in Moodle and, if necessary, Mahara, through individual consultations and/or workshops
  • User support for Moodle (technical and organizational) and documentation
  • Creating Safe Exam Browser configurations for use in Moodle examinations and documentation
