    Human Resources Business Partner


    Job Description:

    The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role involves offering human resources advice and support to business leaders and staff within designated units. This position collaborates with management teams on workforce planning, compensation, performance assessment, employee relations, and HR policy adherence. Additionally, the HRBP oversees special projects, identifies areas for process enhancement, and reports to the VP of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition.


    Main Responsibilities:

    • Strategic consultation with business management on human resources strategies aligning with unit objectives.
    • Providing long-term direction for goal achievement and company strategy implementation.
    • Collaborating with management teams on leadership development, organizational growth, change management, and employee engagement.
    • Offering advisory services to employees and management, understanding organizational challenges, and developing HR solutions accordingly.
    • Ensuring employee relations compliance with company policies and employment laws.
    • Working with Talent Acquisition teams to secure suitable talent for business units.
    • Addressing and resolving employee concerns and suggesting suitable solutions proactively.
    • Developing and implementing HR strategies to add value to business operations.
    • Promoting company values and striving to make a positive organizational impact.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of HRBP experience covering various HR domains like DEI, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, and labor relations.
    • Demonstrated initiative in leading innovative business enhancement projects.
    • Familiarity with HR policies, practices, federal, and state employment laws.
    • Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • Effective interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Workday and ability to excel in dynamic environments.
    • Independent thinker capable of project oversight and task completion.
    • Knowledge of policy interpretation and application.
    • Preferably a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related fields.
