    Senior Product Configuration Analyst, AnnuityNet & AFFIRM


    Job Summary:


    As a Senior Product Configuration Analyst, you'll play a vital role in Delaware Life's growth and long-term success by enabling the sale and service of Delaware Life's products on the industry's Annuity Order Entry platforms, AnnuityNet (Ebix) and AFFIRM (iPipeline). Additionally, you will assist in supporting enhancements on these platforms requested by internal business partners, external distributor partners, and industry collaborators.

    As a part of the Sales Operations Team, this position collaborates with other Business Quality Analysts to drive change and enhancements in the B2B sector. It involves actively engaging with business and IT counterparts to understand and fulfill their requirements.

    Main Accountabilities:


    • Administer and improve Order Entry platform development standards and practices.
    • Implement new products and e-Signature features on order entry platforms.
    • Modify existing products on order entry platforms.
    • Assess platform changes to understand their impact on Delaware Life's operational needs and conduct testing.
    • Represent Delaware Life in industry working groups involving carriers, distributor partners, and platform providers.
    • Effectively manage conflicting priorities and navigate through uncertainties.
    • Take ownership of all assigned tasks, provide accurate work estimates, and communicate work progress internally among the team and externally with clients, when necessary.
    • Offer support to business areas, investigate operational and technical issues, and suggest and implement solutions.
    • Collaborate with different business units to ensure solutions align with business requirements and undergo proper validation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 5 years of development experience with EBIX AN4/AMP, iPipeline Affirm/IFT, and Hexure Firelight platforms, and relevant tools.
    • 3 years of Forms management experience involving rules, data mapping, and e-signature tagging.
    • 5 years of applied DTCC (I&RS) Service Integration and ACORD L&A Data with a working knowledge of XML language.
    • Experience in representing carrier priorities and influencing industry direction.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving, root cause analysis, and critical thinking abilities.
    • Effective team leadership capabilities with a results-driven approach.
    • Experience with deployment strategies in a complex, concurrent development environment.
    • Knowledge of platform architecture and integration with enterprise architecture.

    Compensation:


    Our compensation structure considers the labor cost across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $65,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $95,000/year in our highest geographic market. The pay is determined based on factors like market location and may vary depending on job-related expertise, skills, and experience.
