- Process member financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Assist with opening and closing accounts, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Refer complex problems to supervisors
- Take and prepare loan applications for review
- Coordinate teller and branch activities and promotions
- Manage vault cash and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service to all members
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- Ensure accurate processing of transactions and balancing of work
- Maintain vault and contents per policy and guidelines
- Develop and improve knowledge in operations and member service
- Experience: One to three years of similar experience
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle conflict resolution and build relationships
- Other Skills: Proficient in operating office equipment and attention to detail
