Full-time transitions into snow work in the winter and comes with an excellent benefits package and year round work.

We are a well-established (90+ years) and growing company looking to add a mowing/field service crew members to assist and support our landscape management division.

We ask this from you:
*Have at least 1+ years of experience mowing a mixture of commercial and high-end residential properties

*A great attitude

*Take pride in your work and equipment

*A high attention to detail

*Ability to safely drive a truck/trailer

*Maintain a clean and professional appearance of yourself and equipment

*Have the ability to train crew members to maintain the highest standards of quality.

*Complete necessary paperwork (route sheets, maintenance logs)

*Operate equipment safely and efficiently

*Ability to perform minor maintenance one equipment (change/sharpen blades, tire repair, oil change, etc)

Duties include, but are not limited to, spring/fall clean-up, mowing, trimming, edging and various other landscape and lawn enhancement duties.

Winter duties if applicable include snow and ice removal, shop work.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to work extended hours frequently.
Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures, heat and cold, and various weather conditions.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to follow all safety requirements.

If applicable, premium pay for snow removal work performed at night and on weekends.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
