Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time Refugee Cash Assistance Specialist to join our team in our Madison, WI office.

Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) Specialists identify, refer and assess participants strengths & roadblocks to success.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE

Responsible for determining initial and ongoing eligibility for Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA).
Responsible for working with partner Refugee agencies to enroll new refugees and provide meaningful resources for refugees in need.
Provides ongoing case management, employability plan development, and coordination with other agencies to facilitate needed services such as treatment, education, training, and formal assessment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Associate degree and two (2) plus years workrelated experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have Financial and Employment Planner (FEP) certification, or be able to obtain, and remain FEP certified.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
FSC offers a very competitive wage for this fulltime, nonexempt position with a
minimum starting rate of $23.56/hr with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
