    Role Overview:

    CFO:
    Reporting directly to the CEO.

    Strategic Financial Management:
    Oversee all financial operations and drive growth initiatives.

    What We're Looking For:
    Qualifications
    Strategic experience within financial leadership in lower middle market, growing organization.
    Experience partnering cross-functionally to communicate financial and business strategies and goals.
    Expertise within financial planning and analysis and managing/growing the business from a strategic financial perspective.

    Proficiency in managing the accounting functions with displayed expertise in balance sheets, income statements, P&L management, budgets, and cost variance analysis.

    Expertise in refining sound cash management processes and shortening working cycle timelines.
    Demonstrate expertise in managing accounting functions, strategic business decisions, annual planning, and economic evaluation.
    Experience working in a leverage environment.
    Expertise in development, documentation and execution business/financial plans including the development of dashboards, reporting analytics and KPIs.
    Experience hiring, development and mentorship of staff; additionally, change and project management. Ability to motivate teams in a collaborative work environment.
    Display strong understanding of financial systems, system optimizations, automations.

    Possess business integrity with hands-on leadership style; display highly communicative style with positive attitude who can build constructive and positive relationships.

    Job Requirements
    10-15+ years of progressive experience including experience as senior financial leader over both Accounting/Finance functions
    Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
    CPA preferred.
    Prior CFO experience at lower middle market, growing company.
    Experience within the mid-size private equity and leverage.

    Systems:
    Familiarity with ERP systems; advanced Excel
    Systems savvy with displayed experience in automation, implementation.
