    Trinity Healthcare is a Fort Worth, Texas based company that specializes in the operation and management of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

    Role Description

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our established company in Fort Worth, Texas.

    As the CFO, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

    If you are a highly organized professional with a strong background in finance working in healthcare, preferably in the skilled nursing industry, we want to hear from you.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
    Proven experience as a CFO in a similar financial management role in healthcare, preferably in the skilled nursing industry
    Strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of banking and lending transaction
    Experience in acquisition and divestitures
    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Effective communication and leadership abilities
    Ability to lead teams and motivate others
    A willingness to work in the DFW office daily, and the availability to travel as required.
