DuraPlas is now hiring a Human Resources Manager to support the needs of our growing business and to influence our ability to provide an environment where team members enjoy coming to work and perform at their full potential every day.
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is looking for a long-term, stable role.The right candidate will be bilingual to support our largely Spanish-speaking workforce and has experience in a manufacturing or similar workforce environment with proven success sourcing talent, influencing a positive workplace culture, and increasing employee retention.
This position will work on-site Monday through Friday with an expectation of an 8-hour workday within the window of 7am-5pm.
