What to expect:

Management of applicant management at Ludwig Fresenius Schools
Preparation of contract offers for interested parties in training and further education
Input and maintenance of interested party, applicant, and participant data in the CRM system
Communication (by phone and in writing) with interested parties, applicants, and participants, including processing of incoming inquiries regarding the application process
Documentation and further development of department processes
General office and administrative tasks

What you bring:

Completed commercial training
Secure and very good handling of common MS Office programs
High service orientation and communication skills, independent and structured way of working
