My Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire endtoend recruitment process, from defining the specific requirements profile to hiring
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating the applicant management
  • Developing jobspecific recruiting strategies using various recruiting channels
  • Acting as a sparring partner for professionals and executives throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing crossdepartmental, overarching projects with a focus on recruiting as an initiator and process driver

My Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, business psychology, human resource management or equivalent qualification
  • Solid professional experience, preferably as an inhouse recruiter or in personnel consulting
  • Experienced in using MS Office
