Group Leader for UMA Youth Group (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Assume the role of team leader
Documenting pedagogical and organizational work
Structuring work processes
Clarifying fundamental questions about the clearing process for unaccompanied minor refugees
Psychosocial counseling and support for the helpseeking individuals entrusted to us
Collaboration with network partners

You bring with you:

Experience in youth welfare and possibly working with unaccompanied minor refugee youth
Willingness to take responsibility and independently create structures
A respectful and tolerant approach to residents
Independent and confident action
Flexibility, reliability, and trustworthy work style
Good cooperation and teamwork with other involved professionals

We offer you:

A weekly working time of 34 hours
A performancebased salary according to the collective agreement of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt in NRW, based on the collective agreement for the public service (TvöD)
Annual bonus payment
