Reports to FP&A Manager
Overview of the
Senior Financial Analyst:
Leverages financial systems for data analysis, research, and report generation
Supports Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing annual financial plan, periodic forecasts, and variance analysis
Collaborates as a partner, providing crucial support to designated business units
Conducts reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity
Engages in collaborative partnerships with National Accounts, identifying KPIs and providing insights
Performs comprehensive financial analytics for operating expenses and business plans
Demonstrates modeling expertise for continuous process improvement
Collaborates with Managers/Directors for relevant financial reporting
Establishes procedures for financial data integrity
Participates in projects to enhance financial reporting capabilities
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst
MUST be coming directly from PEO Professional Employer Organization
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel experience, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index Match, and nested formulas.
NetSuite experience (+)
PRISM experience (+)
