- Prepare annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-term strategic financial plans.
- Develop, publish and speak to KPI's and metrics to measure and manage the company.
- Build positive relationships with budget owners to develop budgets, work through forecast changes, department reporting and be the go-to person.
- Develop financial models to evaluate new business and new product initiatives.
- Support ad hoc projects as needed including mergers and acquisitions support.
- Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve and automate the planning, forecasting and reporting processes to provide the management team information in a simple and timely manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business to provide thoughtful input for management decision making.
- Support the finance and accounting organization as needed for month-end close, annual audit, statutory reporting and external reporting requirements.
- Implement and own new financial systems, processes and documentation.
- Act as financial liaison to the various functions throughout the company.
- Bachelor of Administration (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of FP&A, Accounting or Finance experience in the SaaS or software industry, CPA or MBA a plus.
- A Strong financial modeling skills and knowledge of analytical techniques.
- 5+ years annual budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint.
- 5+ Experience creating dashboards and reporting in system such as Domo, Adaptive Insights, Intacct and Salesforce.

Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for financial reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis for The position will report to the Director of Finance FP&A and work closely with all functions within the company.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$89,000—$105,000 USD
