Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team.

As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.


Duties:


  • Supervise and manage a team of nurses, ensuring they adhere to best practices and provide compassionate care
  • Review and evaluate documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinate and manage nursing schedules, including shift assignments and coverage
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Oversee nursing administration, including budgeting, resource allocation, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Current state nursing license
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing management or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
  • Experience in assisted living or home care settings is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Pay:
$120, $125,000.00 per year


Experience:


  • Supervising experience: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • RN (preferred)
