We are looking for support from a LAWYER (M/F/D) in the field of legal support for renewable energy projects in Munich (FT/PT)

Your responsibilities Main focus:

Municipal economic law, corporate law, M&A transactions, as well as energy and energy industry law in the field of renewable energies Other areas of focus: Contract drafting and civil and public law proceedings before authorities and courts in the entire energy value chain Cross-location collaboration with the specialized lawyers of BBH in the field of energy and infrastructure law Close and trusting cooperation with our clients Your qualifications You have successfully completed your studies in law, with above-average exam results being desirable 2-5 years of professional experience in client consulting, preferably in a similar advisory role in a law firm or in the legal department of a company Interest in political topics Entrepreneurial and economic thinking What we offer At BBH, you work in a modern work environment with centrally located offices.
