Your Responsibilities:

You are responsible for shift management and coordinating daily tasks within the team, as well as training new employees
You will delight our customers with our Italian salumi and cheese specialties, as well as other highquality food products, and provide them with expert advice
You will ensure attractive preparation and presentation of products in the fresh, café, and bistro areas
You will handle ordering, receiving, and checking deliveries, and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations
You will assist in developing a concept for crossutilization of all products through tastings, cooking events, and bistro offerings

Your Profile:

You are a communicative sales talent and enjoy direct interaction with customers
You impress our customers with your authentic personality and strong hospitality skills
You have professional experience working with fresh food, for example through a culinary education or retail experience at a fresh food counter
You have an affinity for highquality food and Italian cuisine
