    Description:Cust-O
    • Fab is a leader in design and manufacturing of shell and tube heat exchangers and cooling units.
    We are currently seeking tig header welders for the night shift. Structural welding candidates will not be considered.
    Must be able to pass a 2G TIG Root Flux Core Fill & CapNight Shift, 6pm-6am Mon-Fri, Volunteer Saturday Overtime (half days)

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:Ability to read prints for both required specifications as well as dimensionsAbility to be a self-motivated and highly productive employee who requires minimal supervision and who can efficiently execute a plan to make jobs happen on time within the hours givenAbility to be a team player who can work well with others to achieve company goalsAbility to consistently maintain less than a 5% X-Ray repair rateAbility to be efficient at fixing X-Ray and UT repairsAbility to recognize and rectify sub-standard welds to ensure product qualityAbility to be punctual and dependent with a willingness to work hours outside of a standard schedule when required to achieve a task or complete a projectMust be willing to step outside of welding role when a company need arises and perform basic tasks such fit-ups and other minor tasksAbility to be a team player and be a company-oriented individual who takes pride in their workMust be a highly safety-oriented individual
