As a Productivity Buyer (m/w/d) at our Bad Neustadt location, you will implement purchasing strategies within the plant.

You will manage procurement processes for specific material groups and implement measures to optimize material costs and achieve goals in collaboration with departments and material group managers.

This includes conducting supplier evaluations to select the best suppliers and ensure an optimal supply chain.

You will also be involved in risk management at the plant level and support cross-functional teams such as logistics and quality in case of escalations.

Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting and internal metrics, as well as conducting site reporting and consolidating series BOMs.

In audits, you will be the main point of contact for the series purchasing team.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a business or engineering/technical field or equivalent qualification, as well as previous experience in strategic or operational purchasing in the automotive or supplier industry, ideally with mechanical components.

You should also have negotiation skills, knowledge of contract law, and experience with SAP MM or similar enterprise tools. Flu
