- Support Carson Wealth advisors and Carson partners in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Effectively utilize Carson Groups tech stack including MoneyGuide, Holistaplan and other applications.
- Support the firms Advanced Solutions Team (AST) functional teams, Investments Team, and Client Acquisition Team
- Obtain Series 65 license
- Obtain CFP designation within the two year program period
- Participate in the Partner Development Program opportunities
- Attend firm client and Partner events.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching, and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.
Who We Want
The Partner Development Associate provides a qualified candidate the opportunity to build a career in wealth management, as well as participate in a comprehensive development program designed to equip them with the skills to assume a leadership/ownership role within a Carson Wealth Partner Firm.
The role is designed as a two-year opportunity. Candidates will support Carson Wealth advisors and Partners in a paraplanner capacity while participating in additional training in advanced planning solutions, financial technology, and investments. Throughout the two-year program, candidates will benefit from coaching and development to support the development of both a business-owner mindset and the skills to support it.
Candidates for this role should be located in Omaha, NE or the surrounding area and/or willing to relocate upon acceptance of the position.
